(1)口译训练包括听力理解训练和记忆训练,方法如下。
1.听力理解训练
听力理解提高的常用方法,或者说唯一的窍门就是多听,听的方式包括泛听和精听。精听是指在听的时候要理解每个词、每个句子的意思;泛听是指要听取不同内容、不同语音、不同语速的材料。

③复述训练 (paraphrasing)
④概括训练(outlining)
2. 记忆训练
提高记忆力的方法有许多种,记忆力也不是一朝一夕能够提高的,需要长期不断练习。学习者可以通过调动视觉、听觉等各种感官,广泛阅读各类材料增强记忆力。
