学生能够认读单词和短语，能够掌握主要句型进行熟练运用。

教学难点

学生能够增强学习英语的兴趣，有学好英语的信心。

1. 知识与技能目标：学生能够认读单词和短语，能够掌握主要句型进行熟练运用。

2. 过程与方法目标：通过课堂活动，学生能够提高听说读写综合语言能力，并能就熟悉的话题进行简单的交流。

Knowledge Aims: Students can grasp the following new words & phrases:  get up, brush my teeth, wash my face, have breakfast and master the key sentence pattern: What are you doing? I am washing my face.

Ability Aims: Students improve integrated language skills through class activities, and communicate around familiar topics.

1.Warming-up and Lead-in:

   At the beginning of the class, the teacher shows the picture of one clock, and asks two questions : “What can you see in the picture?”, “What do you know about it?”.Then invites some volunteers to share their answers.

设计意图：图片具有直观、形象的特点，可以迅速吸引学生的注意力；邀请学生回答与图片相关的问题，为学生提供了开口表达自己的机会。同时，图片的内容与本节新课的核心话题息息相关，能够自然地引出新课。

2. Presentation

（1）New words teaching 

①With the help of PPT, body language etc, the teacher introduces the new words and guides students to read and spell them. For example, the teacher does the action “get up” and asks “Look, What do I do? Now, follow me, get up, g-e-t, get, get up, I get up at seven o’clock”. In the same way, the teacher teaches the rest of the words: brush my teeth, wash my face, have breakfast. 

②Drill the new words using “high & low voice” game.

（2）Key sentence teaching

① Show the pictures on the book, let students describe the pictures. Then the teacher puts the key sentences on the PPT and explains the meaning and usage of the key sentences.

②Play the tape, let students do actions according to what they hear.

设计意图：通过图片、肢体语言以及老师的解释和示范，学生能够轻松地理解新单词和新句型的含义和用法，实现本节课的知识目标，突破本节课的重点，体现以学生为主体的教学理念。
