It’s my pleasure to plan the theme of the debate on city traffic. I am writing this letter to put forward suggestions on a specific topic and introduce my preliminary arrangements concerned.
Firstly, the debate can be conducted with the topic of “‘ofo’or not” on the ground that people divide opinions on the efforts of public transport made by sharing economy. In addition, the debate could be held next Sunday afternoon in the seminar hall on our campus. Finally, rewards should be prepared in advance for the winner of the debate.
